Pour \u00e9valuer les effets potentiellement b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques de la vitamine D, il faut attendre les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019\u00e9tudes prospectives randomis\u00e9es encore insuffisantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il est \u00e9tabli que la vitamine D joue un r\u00f4le b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la fixation du calcium dans les os.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Stimule l\u2019absorption du calcium par le syst\u00e8me digestif.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Limite l\u2019\u00e9limination du calcium dans les urines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Action sur les cellules qui renouvellent l\u2019os. Plus les journ\u00e9es sont courtes et plus le niveau de vitamine D dans l\u2019organisme diminue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Que faire concr\u00e8tement pour un individu en bonne sant\u00e9 ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Durant la saison de synth\u00e8se par le soleil<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><strong>Minimum d\u2019exposition au soleil \u00e0 respecter pour un adulte en bonne sant\u00e9, \u00e0 la latitude de la France :<\/strong><\/em> s\u2019exposer le visage, les mains et les avants bras pendant 10 minutes, aux alentours de midi solaire, 2 ou 3 fois par semaine. Plus les journ\u00e9es sont longues et plus la plage horaire o\u00f9 la vitamine D peut \u00eatre synth\u00e9tis\u00e9e augmente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>La dur\u00e9e minimale d\u2019exposition d\u00e9pend du type de peau.<\/strong> Les peaux noires doivent \u00eatre expos\u00e9es plus longuement au soleil pour synth\u00e9tiser suffisamment de vitamine D.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Plus on est \u00e2g\u00e9, moins la synth\u00e8se de vitamine D est efficace.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>D\u2019autres facteurs entrent en jeu<\/strong>, comme par exemple la m\u00e9t\u00e9o, la pollution atmosph\u00e9rique et l\u2019altitude.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Les cr\u00e8mes solaires haute protection<\/strong> limitent la synth\u00e8se de vitamine D.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Pas de synth\u00e8se de vitamine D si le soleil \u00e9claire \u00e0 travers une vitre.<\/strong> Les \u00ab bons \u00bb UVB ne traversent pas une vitre alors que beaucoup de rayons nocifs UV passent \u00e0 travers. En prenant le soleil \u00e0 travers une vitre on s\u2019expose \u00e0 tous les dangers du soleil, sans les avantages de la vitamine D. Il existe des films transparents anti-UV pour les vitres de voiture par exemple.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Pas de risque de surdose de vitamine D par surexposition au soleil.<\/strong> Attention au risque de cancer de la peau et de vieillissement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 de la peau en cas de surexposition au soleil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">En dehors de la saison de synth\u00e8se par le soleil<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><strong>1er choix :<\/strong><\/em> ne rien faire de particulier, vivre sur son stock de vitamine D en attendant le retour du printemps.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u2019organisme peut mettre en r\u00e9serve de la vitamine D et la remettre en circulation en fonction des besoins. A la mauvaise saison, c\u2019est un choix personnel de prendre ou non des suppl\u00e9ments en vitamine D car il n\u2019y a pas de consensus scientifique \u00e0 ce sujet.
