Un haut niveau d\u2019IGF-1 provoque une surproduction de s\u00e9bum et une inflammation aux niveaux des glandes s\u00e9bac\u00e9es.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En augmentant la production d\u2019hormones sexuelles. Les hormones sexuelles augmentent la taille des glandes s\u00e9bac\u00e9es et stimulent la production de s\u00e9bum.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">R\u00e9sultat des boutons apparaissent sur la peau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Que faire en cas de boutons d\u2019acn\u00e9 ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tout le monde n\u2019a pas la m\u00eame sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 une alimentation riche en glucide et en produits laitiers. Il est en principe impossible de consommer trop de zinc en mangeant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #888888;\"><strong><em>Aliment courant riche en s\u00e9l\u00e9nium<\/em><\/strong><\/span> : Le s\u00e9l\u00e9nium est pr\u00e9sent dans de nombreux aliments. L\u2019alimentation courante couvre les besoins en s\u00e9l\u00e9nium, sauf si le sol de la r\u00e9gion d\u2019origine des aliments est pauvre en s\u00e9l\u00e9nium. Il se trouve que les sols europ\u00e9ens sont relativement pauvres en s\u00e9l\u00e9nium.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>L\u2019aliment qui contient le plus de s\u00e9l\u00e9nium est la noix du br\u00e9sil.<\/strong> La noix du br\u00e9sil contient tellement de s\u00e9l\u00e9nium qu\u2019elle doit \u00eatre prise en quantit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e.
