Cet article pr\u00e9sente certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s de son livre.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pourquoi de nombreux r\u00e9gimes ne fonctionnent pas ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Si un r\u00e9gime implique d\u2019avoir faim, il \u00e9chouera automatiquement. Il suffit de stocker 10 g par jour de gras suppl\u00e9mentaire pour gagner 10 kg en 1000 jours ( soit moins de 3 ans).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3\u00e8me principe : l\u2019accumulation de tissus adipeux entra\u00eene une augmentation des d\u00e9penses d\u2019\u00e9nergie, donc plus d\u2019app\u00e9tit et de plus grandes quantit\u00e9s de nourriture aval\u00e9es. La gloutonnerie est un effet secondaire de l\u2019accumulation de tissus adipeux.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Faire de l\u2019exercice ne sert quasiment \u00e0 rien pour perdre du poids.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pendant l\u2019effort des lipides vont \u00eatre consomm\u00e9s pour fournir de l\u2019\u00e9nergie mais une fois l\u2019effort termin\u00e9, l\u2019app\u00e9tit va augmenter pour que le niveau de stockage de lipide revienne \u00e0 son niveau initial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La meilleure solution est donc de corriger le d\u00e9faut de r\u00e9gulation de stockage des graisses, pas de manger moins. Le but de l\u2019organisme est que les muscles utilisent en priorit\u00e9 comme source d\u2019\u00e9nergie le glucose pr\u00e9sent dans le sang et non les lipides.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Effet de l&rsquo;insuline sur les lipides :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u2019insuline fait augmenter le stockage des lipides pr\u00e9sents dans la circulation sanguine par les cellules adipeuses.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u2019insuline fait baisser la consommation de lipides pr\u00e9sents dans la circulation sanguine par les muscles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u2019insuline fait augmenter la cr\u00e9ation de nouvelles cellules adipeuses.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les lipides restent dans les cellules adipeuses tant que le niveau d\u2019insuline est \u00e9lev\u00e9, et ne sont donc pas utilis\u00e9s comme source d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Par cons\u00e9quent : pour maigrir il faut baisser le niveau d\u2019insuline.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La solution pour maigrir est de manger moins d\u2019aliments riches en glucide, et en particulier ceux qui font le plus augmenter le niveau d\u2019insuline.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tout le monde n\u2019a pas la m\u00eame sensibilit\u00e9 aux glucides, mais en cas de surpoids les coupables principaux sont :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">les aliments riches en amidon : pain, p\u00e2tes, pomme de terre, riz, ma\u00efs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">les boissons riches en sucre : bi\u00e8re, soda, jus de fruit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">toutes les sucreries.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pour ceux qui y sont pr\u00e9dispos\u00e9s, les fruits riches en sucre ( fructose) peuvent aussi les faire grossir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Argument contre les r\u00e9gimes pauvres en glucides<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La personne qui suit un r\u00e9gime pauvre en glucide va augmenter la part de lipide dans son alimentation. Gary Taubes conseille d\u2019\u00eatre suivi par un m\u00e9decin en cas de r\u00e9gime.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ce qui nous rend gros nous rend malade<\/span><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le livre de Gary Taubes\u00a0fournit des explications sur le m\u00e9tabolisme et des r\u00e9gimes concrets sont fournis en appendice.
