C\u2019est pour cela que si on commence \u00e0 manger un paquet de chips, il est difficile de s\u2019arr\u00eater. Sur le moment, on ressent un besoin fr\u00e9n\u00e9tique de manger d\u00fb aux exhausteurs de go\u00fbt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pour un industriel, le plat id\u00e9al doit \u00eatre addictif, facile \u00e0 conserver et avoir des ingr\u00e9dients peu on\u00e9reux. Si les ingr\u00e9dients de base sont insipides, il suffit d\u2019y ajouter du sel, du sucre ou du gras. Ce n\u2019est pas du tout le plat id\u00e9al pour la sant\u00e9 du consommateur. Ces mauvais ingr\u00e9dients se retrouvent dans quasiment tous les biscuits ap\u00e9ritifs, plats cuisin\u00e9s, pizzas et desserts achet\u00e9s dans le commerce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Voici un des nombreux avantages de cuisiner soi-m\u00eame : au lieu d\u2019utiliser du sel ou du sucre pour relever un plat trop fade, il suffit d\u2019utiliser des \u00e9pices. C\u2019est extr\u00eamement simple de pr\u00e9parer un bon plat \u00e9quilibr\u00e9. \u00c7a ne co\u00fbte pas cher. Ce ne pas forc\u00e9ment long, il suffit de quelques secondes pour d\u00e9couper une tomate par exemple.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il est fr\u00e9quent de devoir manger \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, et il n\u2019est pas toujours possible de trouver un restaurant servant des plats de qualit\u00e9. C\u2019est la difficult\u00e9 principale si on veut manger \u00e9quilibr\u00e9. Il ne faut tout de m\u00eame pas diaboliser tous les restaurants. Manger \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur permet de d\u00e9couvrir de nouveaux plats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En voyage, si on veut manger sainement, il vaut mieux louer un appartement avec une cuisine qu\u2019une chambre d\u2019h\u00f4tel classique.
