Elle assure avoir d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9 les donn\u00e9es cellulaires de son smartphone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ses vacances lui ont co\u00fbt\u00e9 cher. De retour de vacances familiales en Turquie, elle\u00a0a eu la mauvaise surprise de recevoir une facture de son op\u00e9rateur t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique de pr\u00e8s de 31.000 euros. Elle d\u00e9nonce une surfacturation, la direction de l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur assure qu&rsquo;elle allait \u00e9tudier son cas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Son s\u00e9jour en Turquie d\u00e9bute le 9 juillet. Tout se passe bien. Cette jeune habitante de Dundee, au nord-est de l&rsquo;Ecosse, assure avoir pris une option lui permettant d&rsquo;obtenir 30 Mo de connexion internet pour 170 euros. L\u2019\u00c9cossaise voulait utiliser Facetime, Facebook et d&rsquo;autres applications de r\u00e9seaux sociaux pendant ses vacances.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Des SMS d&rsquo;alerte<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mais quelques jours apr\u00e8s son arriv\u00e9e, elle re\u00e7oit un SMS l&rsquo;informant qu&rsquo;elle avait d\u00e9pass\u00e9 son forfait.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00ab\u00a0Je suis devenue compl\u00e8tement folle, raconte-t-elle au Daily Mail. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait un choc total.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pour autant cette jeune employ\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;administration croit d&rsquo;abord \u00e0 une blague. \u00ab\u00a0Je pensais que c&rsquo;\u00e9tait mon p\u00e8re qui se moquait de mon addiction pour les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Pour autant, la jeune femme, se pensant pr\u00e9voyante, d\u00e9cide de d\u00e9sactiver les donn\u00e9es cellulaires de son smartphone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur contact\u00e9 pour couper la connexion<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Mais les mises en garde de l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique ne cessent d&rsquo;arriver. \u00ab\u00a0J&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 recevoir chaque jour des messages me disant que j&rsquo;en avait pour 1.800 euros de d\u00e9passement, un autre de 420 euros&#8230;\u00a0\u00bb La plaisanterie ne l&rsquo;a fait plus rire quand la somme atteint les 5.800 euros.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Son p\u00e8re, \u00ab\u00a0hyst\u00e9rique\u00a0\u00bb, contacte l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur et demande \u00e0 ce que la connexion du smartphone soit bloqu\u00e9e. Ainsi, pensant que ce probl\u00e8me l\u00e0 \u00e9tait r\u00e9gl\u00e9 elle d\u00e9cide tout de m\u00eame de profiter de ses derniers jours de vacances et r\u00e9glera le probl\u00e8me un fois rentr\u00e9e chez elle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u2019\u00c9cossaise s&rsquo;attend \u00e9videmment \u00e0 payer plus cher que ces 35 euros de forfait habituels. Sauf que le couperet tombe : elle doit la somme de 31.000 euros \u00e0 son op\u00e9rateur.
