Elle concerne de nombreuses entreprises technologiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Chez Google, <a href=\"http:\/\/gizmodo.com\/exclusive-heres-the-full-10-page-anti-diversity-screed-1797564320\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">un document interne<\/a> diffus\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment par un employ\u00e9 fait pol\u00e9mique : cet employ\u00e9 y d\u00e9nonce la politique de discrimination positive en faveur des femmes. La promotion de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 \u00e0 tout prix entre les hommes et les femmes a selon lui des effets pervers. \u00ab Les hommes et les femmes sont biologiquement diff\u00e9rents\u00bb, \u00ab les femmes sont plus enclines aux sentiments \u00bb, ou encore, \u00ab les femmes s\u2019int\u00e9ressent plus aux personnes que les hommes \u00bb, tandis que les hommes privil\u00e9gient \u00ab l\u2019action \u00bb, \u00ab la logique pure\u00bb. Conclusion de ce document non politiquement correct : en moyenne les femmes ne seraient pas aussi comp\u00e9tentes que les hommes dans certains m\u00e9tiers techniques et pour les postes de direction.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">R\u00e9dig\u00e9 sur une dizaine de pages, ce document s\u2019intitule \u00ab La boussole id\u00e9ologique de Google \u00bb et d\u00e9roule une argumentation sur le fait que les diff\u00e9rences inn\u00e9es entre les hommes et les femmes justifient les diff\u00e9rences de salaire. Les postes de direction ou \u00e0 forte composante technique \u00e9tant majoritairement occup\u00e9s par des hommes chez Google, cette communication politiquement correcte n\u2019est-elle que de la poudre aux yeux\u00a0?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le c\u0153ur du m\u00e9tier de Google est le fichage des utilisateurs. Ce fichage, connu sous le nom de profiling, consiste \u00e0 \u00e9tablir un profil d\u00e9taill\u00e9 de chaque internaute (\u00e2ge, sexe, opinion, salaire estim\u00e9, etc.). Cela permet \u00e0 Google de d\u00e9cider quelles sont les informations \u00e0 afficher en fonction du profil de l\u2019utilisateur. Par exemple les informations affich\u00e9es sur une publicit\u00e9 ne seront pas les m\u00eames pour un homme ou pour une femme, pas tr\u00e8s politiquement correct tout \u00e7a\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Compte tenu de ce fichage g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9 de la population, Google a int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 soigner son image en prenant une posture politiquement correcte, une posture qui n\u2019est que de fa\u00e7ade bien entendu.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les femmes repr\u00e9sentent 31 % des salari\u00e9s chez Google.
