C&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 une \u00e9tude publi\u00e9e ce mardi 12 septembre dans la revue Scientific Reports.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ses auteurs, parmi lesquels des chercheurs du Synchrotron europ\u00e9en de Grenoble (ESRF), ont pu localiser notamment la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;un composant courant des encres utilis\u00e9es, le dioxyde de titane, dans les ganglions lymphatiques de personnes tatou\u00e9es (un organe cl\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me immunitaire).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00ab\u00a0Cela peut conduire \u00e0 un gonflement chronique et \u00e0 une exposition permanente\u00a0\u00bb, souligne un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude diffus\u00e9 par l&rsquo;ESRF, ajoutant que \u00ab\u00a0la cicatrisation lente, le gonflement localis\u00e9 de la peau, les d\u00e9mangeaisons parfois constat\u00e9es apr\u00e8s un tatouage, sont autant d&rsquo;effets ind\u00e9sirables associ\u00e9s \u00e0 des tatouages blancs, et donc \u00e0 l&rsquo;usage du dioxyde de titane\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La composition chimique des couleurs en question<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ce pigment blanc qui sert de base pour certaines nuances de couleurs, est aussi utilis\u00e9 dans les additifs alimentaires, les cr\u00e8mes solaires et les peintures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les encres inject\u00e9es dans la peau \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;un tatouage contiennent souvent des pigments organiques mais \u00e9galement des conservateurs et des contaminants comme le nickel, le chrome, le mangan\u00e8se ou le cobalt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00ab\u00a0Quand quelqu&rsquo;un veut se faire un tatouage, il est souvent tr\u00e8s soucieux de choisir le bon salon, celui o\u00f9 les normes sanitaires sont respect\u00e9es, celui o\u00f9 des aiguilles st\u00e9riles neuves sont utilis\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb, constate Hiram Castillo, de l&rsquo;ESRF. \u00ab\u00a0Mais personne ne se pose la question de savoir quelle est la composition chimique des couleurs utilis\u00e9es. Notre \u00e9tude montre qu&rsquo;il le faudrait!\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, les dangers potentiels du tatouage n&rsquo;avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9s que par des analyses chimiques men\u00e9es in vitro sur les encres. Et la coloration des ganglions lymphatiques avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e de visu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mais \u00ab\u00a0ce que nous ne savions pas, c&rsquo;est que les pigments voyagent dans le corps sous une forme nano et c&rsquo;est le probl\u00e8me: nous ne savons pas aujourd&rsquo;hui comment les nanoparticules r\u00e9agissent\u00a0\u00bb, explique Bernhard Hesse de l&rsquo;ESRF, auteur principal de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pour obtenir la preuve ex- vivo d&rsquo;un transport des pigments et d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments toxiques dans le corps, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de chercheurs a utilis\u00e9 les rayons X ultra-puissants de deux lignes de lumi\u00e8res du synchrotron sur des tissus provenant de corps humains.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il est apparu que les particules issues des tatouages pouvaient \u00eatre transport\u00e9es passivement par le sang et les fluides lymphatiques, ou bien activement par des cellules immunitaires qui les phagocytent, avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9es dans des ganglions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prochaine \u00e9tape de la recherche: analyser d&rsquo;autres \u00e9chantillons de patients tatou\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentant des effets ind\u00e9sirables, et relier \u00e9ventuellement ceux-ci aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des pigments utilis\u00e9s sur leur peau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.fr\/2017\/09\/12\/les-encres-de-certains-tatouages-finissent-dans-les-ganglions-et-cest-inquietant_a_23205935\/?utm_hp_ref=fr-cest-la-vie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Extrait de\u00a0huffingtonpost.fr<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les tatouages entra\u00eenent le d\u00e9p\u00f4t \u00e0 long terme dans le corps de pigments et d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments potentiellement toxiques sous forme de nanoparticules.
